  • THE FORM offers free domestic deliveries on all orders.
  • All deliveries would be attempted within 3 working days from the day the Order Shipped email is dispatched to you. However, deliveries might on occasion take longer during busy sale periods and during the festive seasons.
  • THE FORM ships worldwide!
  • International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
  1. Check that your item(s) is/are eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • Returns/Exchanges have to be made within 14 days from date of delivery.
    • Return item(s) must have the original tags attached and placed in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
    • Return item(s) is/are not sale items, or purchased with a promo code (with the exception of the first-time 10% discount), or purchased during flash sales.
  2. Email us at contact@theform.com.sg with your return request (please include the order number and reason for return).
  3. We will arrange for a door-step courier pick-up from your mailing address. The instructions will be sent to you via email.
  4. Once we have received your return parcel, we’ll send a notification email and proceed with the store credit refund or exchange.

 

Note:

  • THE FORM is not responsible for missing return items and/or parcels in transit. The return parcel remains in your care until it reaches our warehouse facility, so please pack the return items securely to avoid damages during transit.
  • Items returned will be refunded in store credits.
  • Your store credit refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
  • If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.
  • The Form monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
  • Terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice.

  • THE FORM accepts returns received within 14 days from date of receipt on items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned that are not in original conditions, may result in a delayed store credit refund or may not qualify for a refund. The returned parcel will not be accepted and will be sent back to you (postal charges apply).

  • Sale items, or items bought using any discount code (with the exception of the 1st purchase 10% discount) are not eligible for return.
  • All postal fees and/or custom charges incurred for all returns are borne by the customer.
  • Please keep proof of postage as THE FORM is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during shipping of Returns.
  • Items returned will be refunded in store credits.
  • Your store credit refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s).

Instructions:

  1. Check that your item(s) is/are eligible for returns or exchanges.
  2. Email us at contact@theform.com.sg with your return request (please include the order number and reason for return). We will respond with the mailing address.
  3. Mail out the return parcel to the mailing address provided in our email reply.
  4. Once we have received your return parcel, we’ll send a notification email and proceed with the store credit refund or exchange.
  • All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars.
  • We accept payment via all Visa and MasterCard cards, PayPal, PayNow and through Atome.
  • Items, prices, and services featured on THE FORM are subject to change at any time without notice.

Atome allows Singaporean residents, who are at least 18 years old, to shop now and pay for your purchase later in three equal interest-free instalments.

  1. Add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal.
  2. Select Atome as your payment method – you will be redirected to Atome’s website.
  3. Register or login to your Atome account.
  4. Enter or verify your payment details, then confirm your order.
  5. Atome will inform you of the debit via in-app notification and SMS prior to deduction.

If you are new to Atome, registration can be done at checkout via the Atome app. Please note that funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.
